d) If the application is approved, an FSSAI registration certificate will be issued with a unique 14-digit registration number.

d) Food Safety Management Plan: A Food Safety Management Plan (FSMP) or a certificate of training in food safety for at least one person in the business.

e) Declaration Form: A declaration form for the food products to be manufactured or processed.

f) List of Food Products: A list of food products manufactured or processed, including their category, ingredients, and additives.
